On average, it takes 2 business day for order to get process and any other 5-7 business days to receive your order. Some items will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holiday.
1. All orders from edfashions.com are delivery by air express(EMS/DHL/UPS/Fedex) with free shipping,no taxes.
2. Upon receiving your payment,we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2business days.
3. Shipping takes 5-7business days and a tracking number will be email to you after ship out your order
Returns:
1. We ask that all damages, shortages, and defective merchandise be reported within 2 days of delivery. We can either be contacted by phone, email or our new live chat service featured at the top right of this page. Please have all order information available including, the order number, full name on the order, shipped to address and a contact phone number.
2.We will need to file a claim for these damages. Please keep all damaged items in their original packaging; this includes all packing peanuts and styrofoam supports. Please do not discard until EMS has either inspected the package or you have received the return label to ship back to us. Once the claim process has been completed we will ship a replacement out to you. This process usually takes 3 business days.
3.Replacements are sent via the same shipping method as originally chosen.
4.Note: Digital pictures will help to aid in our damaged claim but are not required.
5.We do not refund but we do provide replacements! If there are extenuating circumstances please contact us.
6.If items have been shorted from your order, all in stock shortages will be shipped out to you immediately. You will incur no additional shipping charges for this. We provide refunds and substitutions only if the item(s) that you have purchased are no longer available. Hipster 24 is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured. All warranty service and technical support are provided by manufacturer. If the item(s) that you have purchased are defective, repair and/or replacement shall be via the advertised Warranty provider.
